Our social program brings conference participants together beyond the lecture halls. Join us at the Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, and the Social Activity to connect with colleagues, exchange ideas, and enjoy the conference experience.
Welcome Evening (Sunday, August 2)
The Welcome Evening will take place on Sunday, 2 August, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Badeschiff Wien. This informal gathering offers participants an opportunity to meet colleagues and fellow attendees before the start of the conference program. Located on the Danube Canal, the venue provides a relaxed setting for networking and conversation. Each participant will receive one complimentary welcome drink voucher upon arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased directly at the venue and may be paid for by credit or debit card.
Conference Dinner (Tuesday, August 4)
The Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday, 4 August at 6:00 pm at Weingut Feuerwehr Wagner in the 19th district of Vienna. Shuttle buses will be provided from the conference venue to the dinner location. Guests will enjoy a diverse buffet featuring a selection of traditional Austrian delicacies.
Social Activity (Thursday, August 6)
The Social Activity will take place on Thursday, 6 August, starting at 6:00 pm. Participants will enjoy a guided tour of Stift Klosterneuburg, one of the region’s most important historical and cultural landmarks, followed by a small wine tasting. Please note that participation in the Social Activity is not included in the conference registration fee.
