Registration & Abstract submission

You can upload your abstract for a contributed talk until April 30, 2026.

As we are currently experiencing some technical issues, the deadline for contributed talks has been extended to April 30, 2026. If the abstract appears as “reserved”, it means that the system is currently receiving a large amount of submissions. Please wait some time and try again.

Abstracts will be evaluated anonymously by the SOC and the program will be announced at the end of May.

The abstract submission page will remain open only for poster submissions until June 1, 2026.
It is possible to submit at most two abstracts, either for two posters or for a talk and a poster.

The registration fee covers the costs for all coffee breaks and lunches, the conference dinner, the use of conference facilities, and the conference shuttle bus. Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.

Virtual Participation
We are pleased to offer participants the opportunity to join the conference remotely. This option is available for those who are unable to attend in person. Details on how to access the virtual sessions will be provided closer to the event.

Travel Support
We are able to provide limited travel support to a small number of participants. Requests for travel support can be made either during abstract submission or at the time of registration. As the available funds are limited, we kindly ask that you request support only if it significantly affects your ability to participate.
